I was lucky enough to end 2022 taking a rollercoaster ride down the Rio Paraiba de Sur, along with six rafts of young people and fellow educators. There is nothing quite like white water rafting for stimulating teamwork, effective communication and self-belief. Even when the raft capsizes (which it did).
